We have to inform you that the Board of Directors of United Bank Limited vide their circular resolution No. 04/2014 dated 07 May 2014 has decided to appoint Mr. Wajahat Husain as President & CEO of UBL in place of Mr. Atif R. Bokhari with effect from 01 June 2014 for the term of 03 years subject to approval of State Bank of Pakistan and compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in this regard.
