Appointment of auditors

The Company is pleased to announce that it has selected Ernst & Young LLP as its new auditor. This appointment is for the 2018 Financial Year and will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in 2019.

Deloitte LLP has resigned as the Company's auditor and has confirmed to the Company that, in accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation which it considers need to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.
