Appointment of Administrators

Further to the actions of YourCash Ltd, announced to the market on 9 November 2010, the Board has concluded that it has no alternative but to place the business into administration. InfoCash Ltd has reached an arrangement with the Administrator, Deloitte, to purchase all of the assets in the business in administration. This will ensure continuity of all aspects of the operations and contracts of the entire existing Cashbox ATM estate, thereby safeguarding all existing Cashbox customers.
