Beacon Hill Resources Plc ('Beacon Hill' or 'the Company')
Application of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the 'Takeover Code') to Beacon Hill
As a result of the amendments to the Takeover Code that take effect today, Beacon Hill announces that with immediate effect it is a company that is subject to the Takeover Code.
Consequently, the provisions of Articles 142.2 to 142.17 of Beacon Hill's Articles of Association, which sought to replicate certain provision of the Takeover Code, cease to have effect.
