These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respectswith the existing shares in issue, have been issued in respect of the exerciseof 141,989 options at 80p per share, 708 options at 1.075p per share, 518options at 86.5p per share, 344 options at 1.30p per share and 117 options at1.20p per share pursuant to an employee share option scheme.
