Sigma Technology Group PLC28 April 2005 For Immediate Release 28 April 2005 Sigma Technology Group plc Application for Admission Application has been made to AIM for the admission of 65,095 Ordinary 1p shares("Shares") in Sigma Technology Group plc ("the Company"). These Shares, whichwill rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Shares in issue, havebeen allotted to certain minority shareholders as consideration for the purchaseof their shares in Strategic Investment Management Ltd ("Si Management").Following the purchase, the Company's holding in Si Management will increasefrom 38.29% to 44.1%.
