APN APPOINTS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dublin/London - 5th March 2009: APN News & Media Ltd ['APN'], in which Independent News & Media PLC ['INM'] has a 39.1% shareholding, today announced the appointment of Vincent Conor Crowley as a non-executive Director to the Company's Board.
Mr. Crowley has extensive experience in the media industry. He is a Director of Independent News & Media PLC. He was previously Chief Executive of APN from July 2000 until mid 2002 and on the APN Board from 1994 to 2003.
