The Company announces that the final report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 has been sent to shareholders on Friday May 25, 2012 and is available to download from the Company's website at http://www.telit.com and will be available for 1 month from the Company's Registrars, Capita Registrars, The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 4TU.

Annual General Meeting:

A notice of the Company's AGM is included with the Company's annual report and accounts. The AGM is scheduled to be held at 7th Floor, 90 High Holborn, London WC1V 6XX on 21 June 2012 at 2.30 pm.
