At the Annual General Meeting on 10 September 2008 it is proposed that the Company's Articles of Association be amended in order to take account of the changes in company law brought about by the Companies Act 2006. A summary of the proposed changes is set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the revised Articles of Association are available for inspection at the Company's registered office, Nations House, 103 Wigmore Street, London W1U 1AE.
