Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
The board of Animalcare (AIM: ANCR) announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30th June 2013, Notice of Annual General Meeting ("the AGM") and related form of proxy have today been posted to shareholders and are available to view on the Company's website www.animalcaregroup.co.uk.
The AGM will be held at 11.30 a.m. on 5th November 2013 at the Company's registered offices, 10 Great North Way, York Business Park, Nether Poppleton, York YO26 6RB.
