Annual Report and Accounts and Date of AGM
The Company announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2008 have been published and distributed to shareholders. The report and accounts are also available from the Company's website, www.purewafer.com and at the Company's registered office, Millbrook Drive, Central Business Park, Swansea, SA7 OAB.
In addition, the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on 4 February 2009 at 10 a.m. at the Company's registered office, Millbrook Drive, Central Business Park, Swansea, SA7 OAB.
