Annual Report and Accounts and Date of AGM

The Company announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2008 have been published and distributed to shareholders. The report and accounts are also available from the Company's website, www.redhallgroup.co.uk and at the Company's registered office, 1 Red Hall Court, Wakefield, WF1 2UN.

In addition, the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 4 February 2009 at 12:00 noon at Hammonds, 2 Park Lane, Leeds, LS3 1ES.
