Urban Exposure plc (the "Company" or "Urban Exposure"), a specialist real estate development financier and asset manager, is pleased to announce that following the release on 26 June 2020 of the Company's final results for the year ended 31 December 2019, the Company has now published its Annual Report and Accounts for 2019 (the "Annual Report and Accounts").
