ANNUAL REPORT & AGM NOTICE
Engel East Europe NV ("the Company"), the AIM-listed Central and Eastern European ("CEE") high-end property developer (EEE:LN), announces that it has today sent to shareholders its 2007 annual report and notice of Annual General Meeting, which are also available on the Company's website (www.engel-ee.com).
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 29 May 2008 at 11.00 hours at the Rapenburgerstraat 204, Amsterdam 1011MN.
