Following the release on 6 March 2013 of the Company's preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2012, the Company announces it's Annual Report and Accounts for 2012 are available for viewing on the company's website: http://www.capeplc.com/investors/financial-results-and-presentations.aspx.

The Company's 2013 AGM will be held at the offices of Lawrence Graham LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AU, United Kingdom at 11.00 a.m. (BST) on Wednesday 15 May 2013. AGM materials are expected to be distributed to eligible shareholders on 12 April 2013.
