Annual General Meeting Update

Following the announcement on 28 May 2020, the Company would like to inform shareholders and investors that Asiamet Resources Chairman Tony Manini will provide a Company update presentation ("Investor Update") following the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 30 June 2020.

Due to current government restrictions with respect to gatherings and adherence to social distancing requirements the Investor Update will be a closed session. If shareholders have any questions they are invited to submit them by email to info@asiametresources.com by 10 a.m. (BST) on 26 June 2020.

This Investor Update will be made available on the Company's website.
