GUS PLC19 July 2006 19 July 2006 GUS plc Annual General Meeting At the GUS plc Annual General Meeting taking place today, the Chairman SirVictor Blank will confirm that the demerger process is on track for completionin October and that a Circular convening an Extraordinary General Meeting toapprove the demerger is expected to be sent to shareholders shortly. In line with the normal practice of GUS, the results of the votes of the AnnualGeneral Meeting will be published later today.
