Annual Report 2016 and Notice of 2017 Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that it has published its full Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2016 and Notice of 2017 Annual General Meeting which is to be held at 12.00 noon on Thursday 11 May 2017 at the Mercure Sheffield Parkway Hotel, Britannia Way, Sheffield S60 5BD.
Copies of the documents listed below have today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders:
1. Annual Report 2016
2. Notice of 2017 Annual General Meeting
3. Form of Proxy for the 2017 Annual General Meeting
A copy of each of these documents has also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
