29 June 2012 - e-Therapeutics plc (AIM: ETX), the drug discovery and development company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2012 has been published and posted to shareholders. The Annual Report is available for electronic download from the Company's website www.etherapeutics.co.uk
Included with the Annual Report is a notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting, which will be held at the offices of Dickinson Dees LLP at St Ann's Wharf, 112 Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 3DX at 12.30pm on 31 July 2012.
