In compliance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 4.1, the Company confirms that copies have been lodged at the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do

Printed copies of the Annual Report and Accounts are expected to be mailed to shareholders on 11 March 2015.
