ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS 2013
Warner Estate has today submitted a copy of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2013 to the National Storage Mechanism and it will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
The Annual Report and Accounts 2013 is available on the Company's website at www.warnerestate.co.uk and will be posted to the Company's shareholders who have requested a hard copy, in due course.
The Company has already complied with its reporting obligations under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules by way of the announcement of its final results on 30 July 2013.
