ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the Company is to be held at Platinum House, Gatwick Road, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 9RP at 11.00 a.m. on 9 December 2009. Copies of the following documents were despatched to shareholders on 4 November 2009:

- the 2009 Annual Report, which includes the Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

- the Form of Proxy.

Copies of these documents, together with a copy of the Company's existing Articles of Association and a copy of the Articles of Association showing the proposed changes, have been submitted to the FSA and will shortly be available for inspection at the Document Viewing Facility which is situated at 25 The North Colonade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
