Posting of 2022 Annual Report and Notice of AGM
The Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2022, which contains the Notice of the Annual General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's offices Namber House, 23 Davis Road, Chessington, Surrey, KT9 1HS on on 21 December 2022 at 2.00 p.m.
The Report and Accounts and Notice are available on the Company's website, www.northamber.com.
