1. Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010 containing the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on Wednesday 20 April 2011; 

2. Proxy Form for the AGM to be held on 20 April 2011; and

3. Notice of availability letter

The Annual Report and Accounts 2010 incorporating the Notice of AGM will also shortly be available to be viewed or downloaded from the Company's website at www.dialight.com
