BankMuscat raises USD subordinated debt
We refer to our disclosure to the market on November 15, 2011 regarding our plan to raise USD subordinated debt. We are pleased to inform the market that the Bank has signed an agreement with IFC Capitalization Fund for the subordinated loan of USD 170 million after obtaining the necessary approvals
