ANNOUNCEMENT

GPG announces that Mike Clasper CBE, Non-Executive Chairman of its wholly owned subsidiary Coats plc, has bought the following shares in GPG:

· On 30 August 2013, 535,656 shares at an average price of NZ$0.5665 per share

· On 2 September 2013, 334,344 shares at an average price of NZ$0.5679 per share

Mike Clasper therefore now has an interest in a total of 870,000 shares in GPG, representing 0.06% of the Company's total voting rights.
