Amendments to Official List
In accordance with the resolutions passed at the Company's annual general meetings on 31 July 2013, the Company announces that it has requested with effect from 8 a.m. on 6 August 2013 that amendments be made to the Official List to reflect the change in the par value of each of its 2009 Shares and 2012 Shares from nil to £1.00:
