Amended Interim Dividend Timetable

WATERMAN AMENDED INTERIM DIVIDEND TIMETABLE

Waterman Group plc ("Waterman" or "the Group"), the engineering and environmental consultancy, announces, further to the announcement of its interim results for the period to 31 December 2016, that its interim dividend of 1.6p per share will be payable to shareholders on 18 April 2017, not 14 April 2017 as previously stated. The record date in respect of the interim dividend, being 17 March 2017, remains unchanged.
