Allotment of scrip shares to Investment Adviser

Octopus Healthcare Adviser Ltd (the Company's Investment Adviser) elected to participate in the Company's scrip dividend scheme in respect of the December 2015 dividend for the quarter ended 30 September 2015, and accordingly was allotted 35,012 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company (the "Shares"). The Shares were sold out of treasury at the previously advised scrip calculation price of 84.65 pence per share.

The acquisition of the Shares brings Octopus Healthcare Adviser Ltd's total holding in the Company to 2,044,372 shares, representing 0.552% of the Company's total voting rights. The Shares were acquired on 31 December 2015 and rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
