ThinkSmart Limited (AIM: TSL), a specialist digital payments platform business, announces the following disclosure provided pursuant to AIM Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.

On 27 January 2021 Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) Limited notified the Company that it no longer held any ordinary shares in the Company. The Company are therefore announcing this information in order to comply with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
