AIM Rule 17 disclosure

The Board of Capcon notes the announcement made by Vantis plc ("Vantis") on 29 June 2010 regarding the appointment of administrators to Vantis. In accordance with AIM Rule 17, Schedule Two (g) Capcon notes that Ken Dulieu, Chairman of Capcon, is currently a Non-Executive Director of Vantis, and that Paul Jackson, a Non-Executive Director of Capcon, was Chief Executive of Vantis until his resignation on 12 June 2010.
