Petards Group PLC26 July 2007 Petards Group plc ("Petards" or "the Group") AGM Statement & Trading Update Petards, the AIM listed developer of advanced surveillance systems, announcesthat at its Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions laid before themeeting were duly passed. In his statement to shareholders, Tim Wightman, Chairman of Petards, said: "Last year the Group reported a first half operating loss of £0.6m and the Boardexpects that the 2007 interim results will show a significant improvement overthose results. The 2007 interim statement will be released in the latter part ofSeptember. The Group is currently trading in line with market expectations forthe full year as previously described in the Preliminary Results announcementmade on the 28 June."
