AGM Statement
The Annual General Meeting of Tristel plc, the AIM listed provider of infection and contamination control products, took place at 11am yesterday, 16 December 2008. All resolutions were duly passed.
Tristel confirms that it will pay its final dividend of 1.165p per ordinary share to shareholders who were on the register at 21 November 2008 on 19 December 2008.
