Severfield-Rowen PLC10 June 2005 10th June 2005 SEVERFIELD-ROWEN PLC AGM Statement At the Group's AGM today, Peter Levine, Chairman, will make the followingstatement: "Trading so far this year has been very encouraging, in line with ourexpectations at the time of our Full Year results announcement. The Groupcontinues to build on the record profitability achieved in 2004. "The order book is robust and enquiry levels continue to be strong. "Each operating subsidiary within the Group is trading well. We are particularlypleased with the progress made at our most recent acquisition, Atlas Ward, whosebusiness has accelerated since its acquisition, and whose integration isprogressing ahead of plan. "The Directors remain confident of the prospects of the Group through 2005 andbeyond.
