AGM Statement
The Annual General Meeting of Tristel plc, the AIM listed provider of infection and contamination control products, took place at 11am today, 15 December 2009. All resolutions were duly passed.
Tristel confirms that it will pay its final dividend of 1.295p per ordinary share to shareholders who were on the register at 20 November 2009 on 18 December 2009.
