Premier Asset Management PLC26 January 2006 Premier Asset Management PLC AGM Statement The Directors of Premier Asset Management plc announce that all the resolutionsput before shareholders at this morning's AGM were passed. The Directors are pleased to report that there has been a good start to thecurrent financial year for sales of open ended funds, with net sales of £58.1million in the three months to the end of December. As at the 31st December2005, funds under management were £1.24 billion. The Company continues to make good progress with the integration of the BFSacquisition. Investment and marketing staff from BFS have now moved intoPremier's office and certain administration functions are being centralised tothe Aylesbury office.
