Result of Annual General Meeting, change of name and new website

The Board of On-line are pleased to announce at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. As a result the company's name will be changed to Online Blockchain PLC and Tradeable Instrument Display Mnemonic on AIM to "OBC" takes effect from 19 December 2017. The Company's ISIN remains unchanged.

As from 19 December 2017, a new website in compliance with AIM Rule 26 will be available at www.onlineblockchain.io
