At the Annual General Meeting of Ormonde Mining plc held today, Thursday 20 August 2009, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly approved.
The placing announced on 20 July 2009 can now complete in accordance with its terms when the 13,788,373 new ordinary shares are admitted to trading at 8 a.m. tomorrow, 21 August 2009.
