Notice is hereby given that the eleventh Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Exchange House, Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2NY on 25th November 2015 at 12 noon.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting together with a copy of the Annual Report and Consolidated Accounts to 30 June 2015 have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
