Annual General Meeting Date Change

Quadnetics Group plc, (AIM: QDG), a leader in advanced surveillance technology and security networks, announces that its Annual General Meeting, previously scheduled to take place at 10.00 a.m. on 20 April 2011 at the offices of Arbuthnot Securities, 20 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9AR will no longer be held on such date. The Annual General Meeting will now be held at 11.00 a.m. on 4 May 2011 at Arbuthnot Securities, 20 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9AR. The Company will be writing to all its shareholders to notify them of the change of date.
