ADR RATIO CHANGE AND DISTRIBUTION
The Company is announcing a ratio change on its American Depositary Receipt ("ADR") program from one (1) American Depositary Receipt ("ADR") representing one (1) Class N ordinary share to the new ratio of ten (10) ADRs representing one (1) Class N ordinary share. The ratio change will take effect by way of a 900% ADR distribution (9 additional ADRs for each 1 ADR held) effective 15 March 2016. The number of ADRs in issue on 14 March 2016 was 2 415 932 and after the ratio change effective 15 March 2016, the number of ADRs amounts to 24 159 320.
