Admission to trading on AIM and first day of dealings

Tatton Asset Management plc is pleased to announce that admission of its entire issued ordinary share capital, which comprises 55,907,513 Ordinary Shares, to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange will take place and dealings will commence at 8.00am today under the ticker "TAM". The Ordinary Shares were priced on 23 June 2017 at 156 pence per share.
