Admission of New Ordinary Shares and Total Voting Rights

Stobart Group Limited, the Aviation, Energy and Rail & Civils business, announces that it has today issued 16,492,884 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company.

These shares are fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with existing ordinary shares in Stobart Group. For further details regarding the allotment of these shares, please see the Subscription announcement made by Stobart Group on 11 January 2019.

As at 18 January 2019, Stobart Group's issued ordinary share capital comprises 370,821,715 ordinary shares of 10 pence each. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.

Shareholders may use the above figure of 370,821,715 shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Stobart Group under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
