Admission Document Disclosures

DJI Holdings plc (AIM: DJI, the "Group", "DJI") announces that it recently became aware that the disclosures regarding a previous directorship of Simon Prior-Palmer, Non-executive Chairman of the Group, on page 112 of the Group's admission document, dated 21 July 2014, ("Admission Document") required under Schedule 2, paragraphs (g)(ii) and (g)(v) were incorrect and incomplete respectively. 

Simon Prior-Palmer was a Director of Burani Designer Holding NV ("BDH" or the "Company"), not Burani Designer Holdings BB as it was described in the Admission Document. BDH was an AIM listed Netherlands registered company, controlled by Burani Private Holding SpA, until 5 June 2009, the date on which BDH voluntarily de-listed from AIM in a process arranged by the Directors. Mr. Prior-Palmer ceased to be a director of BDH on 5 June 2009.

On 11 February 2010, the court in Milan opened insolvency proceedings against BDH. There are no other disclosures to be made under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM rules in respect of Simon Prior-Palmer.
