Application has been made to AIM for admission of 356,070 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares'). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to an issue of shares to the Hydrogen Group plc Share Incentive Plan.
Admission is expected to become effective on 30 October 2009.
