Byotrol PLC13 March 2007 Byotrol plc (the "Company") Additional Listing The Board announces that following the exercise of warrants 50,500 ordinaryshares in the Company have been issued. Accordingly, application has been made for 50,500 new ordinary shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on19 March 2007. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of theCompany. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Companywill increase to 43,629,277 ordinary shares.
