Premier Asset Management PLC24 October 2006 Premier Asset Management PLC (the "Company" or "Premier Asset Management") Additional Listing The Company announces that 600,000 new Premier Asset Management ordinary sharesof 10p each (the "New Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted upon theexercise of share options. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM, a market of the London Stock Exchange. Following the admission totrading of the New Ordinary Shares, Premier Asset Management will have15,251,430 ordinary shares of 10p each in issue. Following the exercise of options, Jonathan Fry is interested in 916,072ordinary shares, representing approximately 6.0% of the Company's issued sharecapital.
