Waterman Group PLC16 November 2007 Waterman Group plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for a total of 121,431 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on theLondon Stock Exchange's main market ("Admission"). The Ordinary Shares are beingissued pursuant to the deferred consideration in relation to the acquisition ofFurness Green Limited in September 2007.
