Interior Services Group PLC27 January 2006 Interior Services Group plc Additional listing The Board of Interior Services Group plc ("the Company") announces that 27,500ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company have been allotted as a result of theexercise of options in the Company Share Option Plans. Application has been madeto the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to theAlternative Investment Market and it is expected that admission will take placeon 31 January 2006. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with theexisting shares of the Company.
