Rensburg Sheppards plc09 February 2007 Rensburg Sheppards plc ('the Company') Additional Listing Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and London StockExchange plc for a total of 461,635 ordinary shares of 10 90/91pence each to belisted under a block listing pursuant to the Rensburg Sheppards plc SAYE scheme,to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official Listupon issuance. It is expected that admission will occur and trading willcommence on 14 February 2007. The shares will rank pari passu with the existingissued ordinary shares.
